Returns and Exchange
Here are our guidelines:

We do not offer any refunds, only returns & exchanges.
You have 7 days to return / exchange your product based on the relevant policies for each category. This means we will simply accept undamaged or unwashed items (in their original condition) within 7 days of their purchase date.
We will arrange the return pick-up via our courier partners. We’re here to help! You may also use the Return function from your order page
For Swimwear, we do not offer any returns for hygiene purposes. We will only accept exchanges if:
- There is a size/fit issue & the customer needs a smaller or larger size. If the size you require is not available then we shall give you another colour/style in the same category.
- The tags are intact.
- The products are undamaged, unwashed & in their original condition.
For Activewear & all other products, we offer returns & exchanges. We will only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The tags are intact.
- The products are undamaged, unwashed & in their original condition.
Kindly upload an image proof of the same while applying for an exchange or return.
We only process the return / exchange once the goods are received at our warehouse and go through a Quality Check to ensure everything is in order. Please note, it can take upto 14 days for us to receive the items back at our warehouse.
It would be great if you could return the product in the Lycot Packaging itself. The postcard is all yours though.
For last season product sales and bundle offers, we have no returns & exchanges.
Please note:
Any taxes/shipping costs you pay (included in the final price) are non refundable.
Do not return a product on your own initiative without contacting us first.
