We love to keep you updated through the entire process post having placed your order. You will receive a shipping update from us via e-mail and WhatsApp, you can track the status of your order using the same link or via the orders page. Here’s how:

Go to your orders page.

Tap the specific item within the order you want to track.

Tap the “Track Shipment” button to see the estimated delivery date along with the carrier delivering it and the tracking number.

You can’t make changes to an order, but you can cancel it within 60 minutes of placing it. After that, our warehouse will already be hard at work processing your order.

To cancel an order:

Sign in to open your order (or navigate to your orders page if you’re already signed in).

Tap or click “View or Manage” for the order you want to cancel.

Tap or click the “Cancel Order” button and follow the prompts.

If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be cancelled. But don’t worry—once the items arrive you can return or exchange them subject to our policy.

Unfortunately, we can’t change your delivery address after your order has been placed.

If you need to make an amendment or change any details, you’ll have 60 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After that, our warehouse will already be hard at work processing your order.

If we’re unable to cancel your order, the best way to update a delivery address is to reach out to the carrier directly. If the carrier is unable to re-route your parcel, it’s typically returned to our warehouse after an unsuccessful delivery.

Can’t find your order number? Not to worry. You can sign up for free using the email used to place the order. After that, you can go to your profile and click on the orders section to see all your order details – including your order number.

Occasionally we offer promo codes valid for discounts on our website. If you have a valid promo code, you can apply it either in your bag or at checkout.

In your bag:

  • In the “Summary” box on the right, click “Do you have a promo code?” at the top of the box.
  • Enter the promo code and select “Apply.”

At checkout:

  • In the “Payment” section, click on “Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?”
  • Enter the promo code and select “Apply.”

With either option, if the promo code you entered is valid, we’ll immediately apply the discount to your order total and show you the updated amount.

We do not allow for bulk orders to be placed on the website, but we are happy to discuss bulk orders on a case by case basis. Speak with a representative via our Contact Us form to see if we are able to help you out.

We are only able to accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders in accordance with our returns & exchange policy which you can read here. Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they be returned in their original, intact packaging.We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased directly from our website.

You will need to submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order – you can do this here. We only accept returns for orders for products that are in new condition in their original intact packaging.

Lycot is unable to accept the return of product purchased from one of our retail partners. Our retail partners should be able to assist you with a return, so please reach out to the business where the original purchase was made!

Once your return request has been submitted to us, unfortunately, it’s not possible to change it. If you want to return an additional item from your order, all you need to do is submit another return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order here.

We know you’re looking forward to receiving our product. Trust our large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. You will receive the tracking link on email/whatsApp after your order is placed. During checkout, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from.

So you can focus on living the Lycot lifestyle, we cover shipping costs and for orders above 999 INR—just sign in during checkout and you’ll automatically get free shipping on qualifying orders.

We don’t have a set schedule to restock items—we refill our inventory as soon as stock is available, so check back frequently for updates.

Our apparel line is made of various premium materials, which may include four-way stretch stretchable poly/elastane, nylon, cotton. Few of our apparel items feature micro-ventilation patterns and mesh panelling for extra breathability. You can check out our product pages for detailed fabric and material content.

Care for your swim, like you care for your skin. In water, swimsuits are your second skin.

Washing:

Swimsuits need special care after exposure to sun, sweat, sunscreen stains, chlorine, and sand. Always rinse a swimsuit after each wearing.

When it’s time to wash the suit, use cold water—hot water can fade colours and damage elasticity—and opt to hand wash over using a washing machine. Never use chlorine bleach to whiten or remove stains on suits.
Drying:

Spread your suit flat to dry in a spot out of direct sunlight. UV rays from the sun can both fade and break down the fibres in your suit.

Storing:

Swimsuits should be stored flat. Be sure the fabric is completely dry; any moisture may result in mildew growth. If you’re putting it away for the season, avoid plastic bags and store the suit in a breathable fabric garment bag.
